Refund and Cancellation Policy

Please read this policy carefully before using our services.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Clients may request cancellation of services by providing written notice via email.
  • Cancellations made before the service start date are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made after the service has started may be subject to partial charges based on work completed.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:

  • If services have not yet commenced, a full refund will be issued.
  • If services are partially completed, refunds will be calculated based on the remaining unused portion of the service.
  • No refunds will be issued for services that have been fully delivered.
  • Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Setup or onboarding fees (if applicable)
  • Custom development work already delivered
  • Third-party service fees

4. Changes to Policy

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Updates will be communicated in writing and posted on our official channels.
