1. Cancellation Policy
- Clients may request cancellation of services by providing written notice via email.
- Cancellations made before the service start date are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made after the service has started may be subject to partial charges based on work completed.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:
- If services have not yet commenced, a full refund will be issued.
- If services are partially completed, refunds will be calculated based on the remaining unused portion of the service.
- No refunds will be issued for services that have been fully delivered.
- Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Setup or onboarding fees (if applicable)
- Custom development work already delivered
- Third-party service fees
